About Montview

Built by people who spent their careers serving clients.

Montview Group, LLC is a management services organization. We provide the business functions a professional practice depends on, so its licensed professionals can concentrate on their work.

Our story

A view from the business side.

Both of Montview’s founders came up through broadcast media at Tribune, LIN TV, and Raycom Media, working with businesses of every size on how they reached their audiences and how they spent to do it. The work rewarded preparation, honest numbers, and relationships that lasted longer than any single campaign.

Montview brings that same approach to professional practices. Marketing, operations, technology, and administration all need steady attention, and most practices would rather spend that attention on their clients. We take on the business work. The practice keeps its professional work.

That line is firm. Montview provides business and administrative services only. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, and we do not provide legal advice.

Leadership

The founders

Portrait of Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan

Co-Founder

Mark Sullivan built his career in broadcast media, with roles at Tribune Corporation, LIN TV, and Raycom Media. Much of that work involved representing businesses, from local companies to national advertisers, in major markets and learning what each one needed from its marketing.

At Montview, he brings the same client-first habit to the business side of professional practices: understand how the practice actually operates before recommending anything.

Portrait of Mark Rinehart

Mark Rinehart

Co-Founder

Mark Rinehart has spent roughly three decades on both sides of the media business, buying and selling at Tribune, LIN TV, and Raycom Media. His expertise is in the details that decide whether a marketing budget is well spent: audience analytics, station relationships, and rate negotiation.

At Montview, he applies that discipline to how client practices plan, buy, and evaluate their marketing, with the numbers laid out where the practice can see them.
