Services

Business support, scoped to the practice.

Montview’s services fall into four areas. Most engagements draw on more than one, and each is defined in writing before work begins.

Marketing & Growth

Our founders spent their careers on the media side of the table. We bring that background to planning and managing a practice’s marketing, so the practice can stay focused on its clients.

What this can include

  • Marketing strategy and annual planning
  • Broadcast, digital, and out-of-home media planning and buying
  • Website, search, and online presence management
  • Creative coordination with outside agencies and vendors
  • Budget tracking and plain-language reporting on spend and activity

All advertising is prepared for the practice’s review. Final approval of any public-facing message rests with the practice and its licensed professionals.

Operations & Administration

A practice runs on many things that have nothing to do with its professional work. We take on the administrative load so the people doing that work have fewer distractions.

What this can include

  • Back-office process design and documentation
  • Vendor sourcing, contracts administration, and oversight
  • Facilities and office logistics
  • Recruiting coordination and HR administrative support
  • Bookkeeping coordination and financial reporting support

Technology & Data

The right systems, set up properly and actually used, take a lot of friction out of a practice. We help choose them, roll them out, and keep them running.

What this can include

  • Technology assessment and roadmap
  • Software selection and implementation support
  • Intake, CRM, and reporting configuration
  • Dashboards that bring operational and marketing data together
  • Coordination with IT and security providers

Compliance-Aware Support

Professional practices work within rules that ordinary businesses don’t face. We build our processes with that in mind and flag questions early, but we route them to the practice. We don’t answer them ourselves.

What this can include

  • Workflows that keep professional decisions with licensed professionals
  • Review and approval checkpoints for marketing materials
  • Recordkeeping and documentation support
  • Clear separation between business services and professional services
  • Coordination with the practice’s own compliance or ethics counsel

Montview does not provide legal, ethics, or regulatory advice. Questions about professional obligations belong with the practice and its own counsel.

Montview Group, LLC provides business and administrative services only. Montview is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal advice. Professional judgment and all legal services remain solely with each client practice and its licensed professionals.

Not sure which services fit?

Most practices start with a conversation about where the business side needs attention. We’ll help you sort out what to take on first.
